FOSHAN MAX ALUMINIUM CO.LTD had a mission Make Aluminium Xtreme. MAX may supply you the aluminium profile with mostly kinds of surface treatments such as extrusion mill finish，andozing, powder coating, electrophoresis and PVDF with 38 extrusion lines，all aluminium profiles strictly follow GB-5237 standard to produce. MAX provide different possibilities for machining an aluminium profiles. A few examples are cutting, milling, bending, punching, drilling, tapping, welding, turning, blasting and polishing. MAX mostly uses CNC-controlled profile machining centres for the milling, drilling, cutting and sawing of aluminium profiles. Besides our (automatic) sawing machines, our 3 and 4-axis CNC profile machines. In order to increase our value as an aluminium supplier, we can also assemble (in-house) the semi-finished products. There are mostly aluminium profiles that have been machined by us, that are aseembled with such as plastic parts or other glass components. Our special skills and knowledge come from more than 20 years of experience. Thanks to our dedicated and capable staff, our profile designers work with the latest CAD and solidworks software, so whether your design is made as sketch by hand, or it is a 3D STEP-file, we can always support you.

OUR STORY

EXTRUSION

When the profiles come out of the extrusion press, they undergo various treatments such as cooling, stretching, sawing, stress relieving heat treatment and wrapping. A surface treatment often follows, as the final application of an aluminium profile often also serves an optical purpose. This happens mostly by anodizing or powder coating the profile.

ANODIZING

       The full-automatic vertical anodized and electrophoresis production lines was imported from Korea, which is fully controlled by computer. the coating thickness could be field or on-line monitored, which makes the coating thickness uniform. with technology of artificial intelligence color checking, computer automatic temper control, fully automatic chemical liquid adding, which make the color uniform, gloss and shining.

ASSEMBLY

In order to increase our added value as an aluminium supplier, we can also assemble (in-house) the semi-finished products. These are mostly aluminiium profiles that have been machined by us, that are then assembled with e.g. plastic parts or other metal components.We'll take care of the complete proces: 

machining the aluminium profiles, assembly of all parts with the aluminium parts, packing according your specs (e.g. in your own packaging material).

 

Placing Order

1)  You send us your drawing or your inquiry (which is also possible via this page)

2)  We'll send you our offer, eventually with remarks or suggestions on the profile design

3)  If you agree to our offer, we'll send you the final profile drawing (with profile weight, perimeter etc.)

4)  You need to approve this profile drawing by sending it back to us (signed with name & date)

Procedures

5)  Based upon this approved drawing, we'll produce the die

6)  When the die is ready (2-4 weeks), we'll perform a die trial

7)  You'll receive a profile sample which also needs to be approved (it's a dimensional check only)

8)  If the profile sample is approved by you, we'll harden the die ...and we're ready for serial production!
