Powder Coating  Aluminium Order Procedure

1)  You send us your drawing or your inquiry (which is also possible via this page)

2)  We'll send you our offer, eventually with remarks or suggestions on the profile design

3)  If you agree to our offer, we'll send you the final profile drawing (with profile weight, perimeter etc.)

4)  You need to approve this profile drawing by sending it back to us (signed with name & date)

5)  Based upon this approved drawing, we'll produce the die

6)  When the die is ready (2-4 weeks), we'll perform a die trial

7)  You'll receive a profile sample which also needs to be approved (it's a dimensional check only)

8)  If the profile sample is approved by you, we'll harden the die ...and we're ready for serial production!

 

Powder Coating  Aluminium Production process

When extruding an aluminium profile, a section of an aluminium billet is pressed with great force through a steel die. The openings made in this die, define the shape of the profile which is produced. such as aluminum angle, aluminum flat bar,aluminium tube,aluminum round tube,aluminum square tube, aluminum pipe,The complexity and feasibility of a profile depends mainly on:

 

• The dimension of the profile (the circumscribed diameter)
•  
• The number of chambers in the profile
•  
• The aluminium alloy (e.g. EN AW 6063 T6)
•  
• The required surface quality (decorative, industrial)

 

When the profiles: aluminum flat bar,aluminium tube,aluminum round tube,aluminum square tube, aluminum pipe come out of the extrusion press, they undergo various treatments such as cooling, stretching, sawing, stress relieving heat treatment and wrapping. A surface treatment often follows, as the final application of an aluminium profile often also serves an optical purpose. This happens mostly by anodising the profile.

Max had a mission Make Aluminium Xtreme. MAX may supply you the aluminium profile with mostly kinds of surface treatments such as extrusion mill finish，andozing, powder coating, electrophoresis and PVDF，all aluminium profiles strictly follow GB-5237 standard to produce. 

 

MAX provide different possibilities for machining an aluminium profiles. A few examples are cutting, milling, bending, punching, drilling, tapping, welding, turning, blasting and polishing. MAX mostly uses CNC-controlled profile machining centres for the milling, drilling, cutting and sawing of aluminium profiles. Besides our (automatic) sawing machines, our 3 and 4-axis CNC profile machines, we have 4 5-axis cnc machines of the German brand Handtmann, which can machine aluminium profiles up to a length of 8500mm on 6 sides in one go. In order to increase our value as an aluminium supplier, we can also assemble (in-house) the semi-finished products. 

 

There are mostly aluminium profiles that have been machined by us, that are aseembled with such as plastic parts or other glass components. Our special skills and knowledge come from more than 20 years of experience. A3. 1 metric ton for each model. About 30 days after payment.

 

Q4. How do you charge mould fees?

A4. In case need to open new moulds for your order, but the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certian amount.

 

Q5. How do you quote price ,per ton or per meter?

A5. We provide more than two pricing models.

 

Q6. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?

A6. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

 

Q7. What’s your payment term?

A7. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be payed before shipment.L/C or other payment term can be negociated.
