National standard

The GB5237-2008 standard divides aluminum profiles into three levels: ordinary, high-precision and ultra-high-precision. Each level also stipulates the dimensional tolerance range, plane clearance, bending degree, and twisting degree of aluminum profiles.

Hardness standard
Generally, industrial aluminum profiles made of 6063-T5 are qualified with a hardness of ≥8 degrees. The hardness mentioned here refers to the Webster's hardness.
Cutting standard
The general cutting error is ≤0.5mm, so that when the aluminum profile frame is assembled, it will not be installed.
Length standard
The length of one industrial aluminum profile produced by the existing aluminum profile manufacturers on the market is 6.02 meters. If you want to be longer, you can only customize it, and generally it will not be longer than 7.5 meters.
